Aim Higher in Education represents a growing network of learners, educators, and community partners dedicated to shaping the future of education—working together.
Through coaching, co-design, and research, we support individuals and systems in creating what's needed most: opportunities, leadership, and learning environments that reflect real lives and real needs.

AHIE is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that works alongside communities—not on them—to transform education. Based in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, with roots in Southern California, we turn research into action and community wisdom into systemic change. Our work includes contracted school improvement planning with districts, demonstrating measurable impact across both regions.
